Terms of Service

BroadcastGraphics.io — Operated by Roligt AB

1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the BroadcastGraphics.io service (“the Service”), provided by Roligt AB, reg. no. 556961-0198, (“the Provider”).

By using the Service, the customer (“the Customer”) agrees to these Terms.

2. Service Description

BroadcastGraphics.io is a cloud-based SaaS platform for creating, managing, and rendering graphical content for broadcast, streaming, and digital display.

The Service is provided over the internet and requires no local installation.

The Provider reserves the right to develop, modify, or update the Service continuously.

3. Account and Access

The Customer is responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • safeguarding login credentials
  • all activity conducted through the account

The Provider has the right to:

  • suspend accounts in case of suspected misuse
  • restrict access in case of security risks

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT
  • Payment is made in advance
  • The standard model is monthly invoicing
  • Annual billing may be offered at a discounted rate

In case of late payment:

  • the Provider has the right to suspend the Service
  • statutory late payment interest may apply

The Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Customer Data and Content

All data created or uploaded by the Customer remains the property of the Customer, including but not limited to:

  • data sources
  • graphical objects
  • designs created in the editor
  • uploaded images and media

The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive right to process such data for the purpose of delivering the Service.

6. Restrictions on Use of Designs

Designs and graphics created within the Service:

  • cannot be downloaded or exported outside the Service (unless explicitly permitted)
  • may only be used within the Service

7. Content and Rights

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that:

  • all uploaded content is lawful
  • necessary rights and licenses are obtained
  • the content does not infringe copyright or other laws

The Provider has the right to:

  • remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

8. Prohibited Use

The Customer may not:

  • use the Service in violation of Swedish law or applicable law in the country of use
  • attempt to bypass security measures
  • reverse engineer the Service
  • use the Service to build competing solutions
  • overload the system through automated requests

9. Personal Data (GDPR)

  • The Customer acts as Data Controller
  • The Provider acts as Data Processor

Processing of personal data is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

All data is stored within Sweden/EU.

10. Operation and Availability

The Service is provided “as is”.

The Provider:

  • does not guarantee uninterrupted availability
  • is not responsible for interruptions caused by network issues, third-party services or scheduled maintenance

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with external systems and APIs.

The Provider is not responsible for:

  • functionality or availability of third-party services
  • data from external sources

12. API and Integrations

  • API usage must follow fair use principles
  • The Provider may implement limitations (rate limits)
  • Functionality may change without backward compatibility

The Customer is responsible for its own integrations.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • loss of profit
  • loss of data
  • interruption of broadcast or production

The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer during the previous 12 months.

14. Broadcast Usage

The Service is used in live production at the Customer’s own risk.

The Customer is fully responsible for:

  • all content displayed in broadcast
  • the correct operation within its production environment

15. Termination

  • Subscriptions continue until terminated
  • Termination follows the agreed notice period

After termination:

  • Customer data may be deleted after a defined period (e.g. 30 days)
  • The Customer is responsible for exporting data before termination

16. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters
  • war
  • strikes
  • internet outages

17. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service remain with the Provider.

The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms.

The Customer will be informed in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.

Privacy Policy

BroadcastGraphics.io — Roligt AB

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Roligt AB (“we”) processes personal data in connection with the use of BroadcastGraphics.io (“the Service”).

2. Data Controller

Roligt AB, reg. no. 556961-0198, is the Data Controller.

  • provide the Service

  • improve the Service
  • comply with legal obligations

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

  • Contract
  • Legal obligation
  • Legitimate interest

6. Data Storage

  • All data is stored within Sweden/EU
  • Personal data is retained only as long as necessary

7. Data Sharing

We only share data with:

  • subprocessors (hosting, infrastructure)
  • authorities when required by law

All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements.

8. Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for personal data uploaded to the Service.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data
  • correct inaccurate data
  • request deletion
  • object to processing

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

BroadcastGraphics.io — Roligt AB

1. Parties

  • Data Controller: Customer
  • Data Processor: Roligt AB

2. Purpose

This agreement governs the processing of personal data within BroadcastGraphics.io.

3. Data We Collect

We only collect and process personal data that is strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.

This may include:

Account Data

  • name
  • email address
  • company information

Technical and Usage Data

  • login information
  • IP address
  • basic usage data required for system functionality

Content

  • data uploaded by the Customer, which may include personal data

We do not collect personal data for marketing purposes or unrelated analytics.

4. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

  • providing and operating the Service
  • maintaining system functionality and security
  • managing customer accounts and billing
  • complying with legal obligations

We do not process personal data for profiling, advertising, or unrelated secondary purposes.

5. Data Minimization

We apply the principle of data minimization. This means:

  • only personal data necessary for the functionality of the Service is processed
  • no excessive or unnecessary personal data is collected or stored

6. Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for any personal data uploaded to the Service and must ensure that such data is:

  • lawfully obtained
  • necessary for its intended purpose
  • handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws

7. Deletion

Upon termination:

  • data will be deleted or returned

8. Audit

The Customer has the right to request information about security measures.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

BroadcastGraphics.io — Roligt AB

1. Purpose

This SLA defines service levels for operation and support of BroadcastGraphics.io.

2. Availability

Target:

  • 99.5% uptime per month

Excludes:

  • scheduled maintenance
  • force majeure

3. Support

Support is provided via email.

4. Maintenance

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur
  • Notice will be provided when possible

5. Limitations

This SLA does not apply to:

  • customer misconfiguration
  • third-party services
  • internet issues

6. Backup

  • Regular backups are performed
  • Full recovery is not guaranteed in all cases

7. Limitation of Liability

This SLA does not provide financial compensation unless separately agreed.

Terms of Service
