Creating a project

Step-by-step: make a new project inside an organization.

Creating a project

You need editor or admin access in the organization that will own the project.

Steps

  1. Open Projects in the main navigation.
  2. Click New project.
  3. Enter a name. Keep it short — it appears in every breadcrumb.
  4. Optionally add a description to remind yourself what the project is for.
  5. Save.

The project opens on its overview page.

Naming tips

  • Use a name that describes the show or the content, not the date. "Premier League 25/26" ages better than "August rundown".
  • Keep names unique inside the organization so the project list stays readable.
