Inviting users
You need admin or superadmin access.
Steps
- Open Manage → Users from the main navigation.
- Click Invite user.
- Enter the email address and pick a role (editor or operator).
- Submit. The user receives an activation email with a link that lets them set their password.
Admins can only add editors and operators. Promoting someone to admin is done by a superadmin.
Removing a user
From the same screen, open a user and remove them from the organization. Removing a user does not delete their account — it only revokes their access to this organization's projects.
Changing someone's role
An admin can change editor ↔ operator on any member of their organization. Promoting to admin requires a superadmin.
