Inviting users

How an admin adds editors and operators to the organization.

Inviting users

You need admin or superadmin access.

Steps

  1. Open ManageUsers from the main navigation.
  2. Click Invite user.
  3. Enter the email address and pick a role (editor or operator).
  4. Submit. The user receives an activation email with a link that lets them set their password.

Admins can only add editors and operators. Promoting someone to admin is done by a superadmin.

Removing a user

From the same screen, open a user and remove them from the organization. Removing a user does not delete their account — it only revokes their access to this organization's projects.

Changing someone's role

An admin can change editor ↔ operator on any member of their organization. Promoting to admin requires a superadmin.
