Organizations and teams
An organization is the tenant boundary in BroadcastGraphics. All projects, templates, datasets and users belong to exactly one organization — except superadmins, who are global.
What an organization owns
- Its users and their roles (admin, editor, operator).
- Its projects and everything inside them.
- Its uploaded assets (images, logos).
- Its plugin configuration (API keys, credentials).
Cross-organization access
- A single user can belong to several organizations, with a different role in each.
- Data never crosses an organization boundary. An editor in "Channel A" cannot see anything in "Channel B" even if the same person is an admin in B.
- Only a superadmin can see and move data across organizations.
Who creates organizations?
Only a superadmin can create a new organization. When they do, they also create the organization's first admin user. That admin then adds the rest of the team.
